Kibu hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
- Kibu uygulamasını açın.
- Profil sekmesine gidin.
- Yasal belgeler ve veri haklarım bölümünü açın.
- Hesap silme seçeneğini kullanın.
- Onay verdikten sonra oturumunuz kapatılır ve silme süreci başlatılır.
E-posta ile hesap silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresinden support@mykibuapp.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusu ile e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
Güvenliğiniz için talebin hesap sahibi tarafından gönderildiğini doğrulamak amacıyla ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silme talebi sonrasında aşağıdaki veriler silinir:
- Hesap profili ve kimlik bilgileri
- Kan şekeri ölçümleri ve hedef aralık bilgileri
- Diyabet tipi ve sağlık takip verileri
- İlaç, yemek, su, egzersiz, doktor ve randevu kayıtları
- AI asistan mesajları
- Hikayem içerikleri ve ilişkili etkileşimler
- Uygulama içi tercih ve ayarlar
Saklanabilecek veriler ve süre
Sağlık verileri ve hesapla ilişkili ana veriler hesap silme talebinden sonra en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Yasal yükümlülük gerektiren sınırlı kayıtlar ilgili yasal saklama süresi boyunca tutulabilir. Ödeme ve abonelik işlemleri Google Play ve ilgili ödeme altyapıları tarafından kendi politikalarına göre saklanabilir; kart bilgileri Kibu tarafından saklanmaz.

Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Kibu account and associated data from inside the app.
- Open the Kibu app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Legal documents and data rights.
- Use the account deletion option.
- After confirmation, you will be signed out and the deletion process will begin.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the email address associated with your account to support@mykibuapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
For your security, we may request additional information to confirm that the request is made by the account owner.
Data deleted
After an account deletion request, the following data is deleted:
- Account profile and identity data
- Blood sugar readings and target range data
- Diabetes type and health tracking data
- Medication, meal, water, exercise, doctor, and appointment records
- AI assistant messages
- My Story content and related interactions
- In-app preferences and settings
Data that may be retained and retention period
Health data and main account-related data are deleted within 30 days after an account deletion request. Limited records required by law may be retained for the applicable legal retention period. Payment and subscription records may be retained by Google Play and relevant payment infrastructure under their own policies; payment card data is not stored by Kibu.
