1. Taraflar ve tanımlar

Bu Kullanım Şartlarında:

"Kibu", "biz", "Sağlayıcı" ifadeleri, "Kibu App" ticari adı altında faaliyet gösteren Berk Ertürk (şahıs şirketi, Yenibosna V.D. - 3750324388, Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Zambak Sk. No 5-7, Bahçelievler, İstanbul, Türkiye) anlamına gelir. İletişim: support@mykibuapp.com
"Uygulama" Kibu mobil uygulamasını ifade eder.
"Siz", "Kullanıcı" Uygulamayı kullanan gerçek kişiyi ifade eder.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

Kibu; diyabetli bireylerin kan şekeri, ilaç, yemek, su, egzersiz ve doktor takibi süreçlerine yardımcı olan kişisel takip ve motivasyon uygulamasıdır. Uygulama 16 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır.

Kullanıcı, uygulamaya girdiği bilgilerin doğruluğundan, hesabının güvenliğinden ve sağlıkla ilgili kararlarını doktoruyla birlikte almaktan sorumludur. Kibu tıbbi tavsiye vermez ve tıbbi cihaz değildir.

Uygulama içinde kullanıcı deneyimleri paylaşılabilir. Kişisel bilgi, yasa dışı, zararlı, taciz edici veya tıbbi açıdan riskli içerikler yasaktır. Kibu bu tür içerikleri reddedebilir, kaldırabilir veya hesap erişimini sınırlandırabilir.

1. Parties and definitions

In these Terms of Service:

"Kibu", "we", "Provider" refers to Berk Ertürk (sole proprietor, Yenibosna Tax Office no. 3750324388, Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Zambak Sk. No 5-7, Bahçelievler, Istanbul, Türkiye), operating under the trade name "Kibu App". Contact: support@mykibuapp.com
"App" refers to the Kibu mobile application.
"You", "User" refers to the natural person using the App.

2. Scope of service

Kibu is a personal tracking and motivation app that helps people with diabetes track blood sugar, medication, meals, water, exercise, and doctor-related routines. The app is designed for users aged 16 and over.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the security of their account, and making health decisions together with their doctor. Kibu does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device.

Users may share personal experiences in the app. Personal information, illegal, harmful, abusive, or medically risky content is prohibited. Kibu may reject, remove, or restrict access to such content.
