What is Kibu?
Kibu has one purpose: helping you build the healthy habits that make living with diabetes easier — regular measuring, movement, water, and mindful eating. You log your blood glucose, meals, water, activity and medication, and Kibu, a small bear with a blue diabetes ribbon, walks alongside you. No shaming messages, no diet rules, no medical prescriptions — just gentle reminders and a warm tone that respects how hard living with diabetes can be.
